Developer housing project

A housing project on the outskirts of Bangalore. The project responds to nondescript site and context.

The facade design which is essential to the client, is a response to break free from the two dimensional options, and plays with the floor plates to create an unconventional facade, emerging out of the volumetric play.

​

Each balcony is given a double height to accentuate the space for the user.
